• Shipping within Germany including packaging costs from €4.95.

• Within Germany, express shipping including packaging costs from €13.95.

• Europe-wide shipping including packaging from € 7.95.

• From an order value of € 400,-- we deliver free of charge to Germany.​

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU are subject to the respective customs regulations and these are at the expense of the buyer.

​We ship for you from Monday to Friday. You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail confirming your order. 

The shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight and size of the package and are displayed before the binding order.

The shipping costs shown include postage, packaging and logistics costs.

In Germany the delivery time is 5-7 days. 

 

Internationally, there may be delays due to the respective customs. Here you have to expect a delivery time of 5-14 days. 

 

Please keep in mind that the specified delivery time for advance payment only begins when the money is received. When paying by credit card, the delivery time begins immediately or when the money is received.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

In the case of article orders with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Return shipping for returns

As soon as we have your returned goods and we have checked them for functionality and newness, we will refund you the amount. 

 

Depending on your payment method, the amount will be credited to your account or credit card.

 

The refund is usually made no later than 7 days after receipt of the returned item.

If you have chosen to pay in advance, you undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. The ordered goods are not necessarily reserved until receipt of payment.
